A Growing Footprint in Mauritius
Newmark’s journey in Mauritius began with the acquisition of La Maison d’Été in 2020, followed by Mystik Lifestyle Boutique Hotel in 2022. Both hotels have undergone refurbishments, further strengthening their appeal to local and international travellers.
- La Maison d’Été reopened in late 2022 after a transformation by Fox Browne Creative, featuring refreshed guestrooms, vibrant tropical interiors, and reimagined dining and leisure spaces.
- Mystik Lifestyle Boutique Hotel completed a stylish refresh in 2025 by designer François du Plessis, introducing cool sea-green tones, modern textures, and elevated dining concepts at its signature venues: #36 Beach Resto Bar and the iconic SkyBar.
