The Newmark Way
Newmark is dynamic and pursues improvement in all it does, staying true to the brand’s essence - creating authentic, unique and memorable experiences. This is practised at each hotel or reserve within Newmark’s very special portfolio, ensuring that its properties resonate with discerning guests and hotel owners alike. Owners become part of the Newmark family and, together, build the Newmark Way.
THE NEWMARK WAY IS ILLUSTRATED BY:
- Clear focus and high energy
- Establishing the foundation of solid infrastructure required to make a vision unfold, before pursuing other goals
- A holistic approach towards hotel management
- Extensive experience in taking projects from inception to completion, including opening
- Employing top talent, who are continually recognised and developed
- The realisation of worth through the investment of resources, reputation and resolve
- Five distinct core values carried throughout the group’s ranks
Newmark manages a selection of luxury hotels and reserves in South Africa, Mauritius, Zanzibar, Nigeria and the Serengeti.
The portfolio includes a collection of luxury hotels in the desirable V&A Waterfront part of Cape Town, in addition to vibrant city hotels in the Cape Town Foreshore, and in Sandton, Johannesburg. We have an iconic Cape Dutch hotel on the Sea Point promenade, and also a vibrant seaside hotel in Mouille Point, with further spectacular private game reserve offerings in Emanzana, the Timbavati, the Waterberg, the Karoo and also in the Serengeti. Add to this a historic luxury hotel in Graaff-Reinet, a golf and country estate near Lagos, and a brand-new luxury hotel and its historic manor house in the Cape Winelands. As an extension of our Cape Town offer, we also manage a luxury charter motor yacht. To get away from it all we also have a tranquil island lodge in Zanzibar, and boutique hotels in Mauritius. Further locations to come.
