Management Services
Newmark manages a selection of luxury hotels and reserves in South Africa, Mauritius, Zanzibar, Nigeria and the Serengeti.
The portfolio includes a collection of luxury hotels in the desirable V&A Waterfront part of Cape Town, in addition to vibrant city hotels in the Cape Town Foreshore, and in Sandton, Johannesburg. We have an iconic Cape Dutch hotel on the Sea Point promenade, and also a vibrant seaside hotel in Mouille Point, with further spectacular private game reserve offerings in Emanzana, the Timbavati, the Waterberg, the Karoo and also in the Serengeti. Add to this a historic, a golf and country estate near Lagos, and a brand-new luxury hotel and its historic manor house in the Cape Winelands. As an extension of our Cape Town offer, we also manage a luxury charter motor yacht. To get away from it all we also have a tranquil island lodge in Zanzibar, and boutique hotels in Mauritius.
