What to expect
Guests are greeted by the head chef and offered a chef's uniform and cap for the cooking experience.
This experience is ideally for couples and the set up includes three cooking stations, including one for the chef. The ingredients are chopped and prepared in advance, ready to work with. The chef then talks through the flavours and unique spices (which guest may purchase to take home).
The guests then prepare their own meal under the guidance of the head chef. Afterwards, everyone enjoys their meal together
This experience is cost at 1000 Mauritian Rupees per person and includes a the experience, a local cocktail, a certificate and photograph with the chef.
