“We like to slow things down and introduce some ying energy to balance out the yang. This is why tea ceremonies are so important. They allow guests to slow down and take time for themselves as the tea infusion brews. The Sanctuary has curated it’s own loose leaf tea blends and staff have been trained to guide you through your personally curated tea ceremony. There is something special about selecting your tea, taking time to smell the fresh aroma, pouring the tea slowly, and appreciating the slow-brewed wonders it does to your body, mind, and soul with each sip.

Future Found Sanctuary has created four signature tea blends. 95% of the organically grown tea ingredients are produced from fruits and herbs grown in South Africa. When you visit the spa, you get to experience the fragrance and flavours of Rise, Realign, Reflect, and Rest.
