Q: What inspired you to join the hospitality industry?
A: My brother was my inspiration. When I finished school, I was not sure which career path to follow. I was leaning towards studying psychology, but my brother introduced me to the hotel industry, and I do not regret it one bit.

Q: What recommendations would you give to junior female hospitality employees on breaking through industry ceilings?
A: My recommendation is to work hard for what you want to achieve. Help others grow, not just by managing them but by being an exceptional leader. Respect all employees. Learn as much as you can - knowledge is power.
