Begin your day by connecting with your inner wisdom and grounding yourself in the calm of Sanctuary with our daily Vinyasa yoga practice.

In addition to our daily complimentary morning yoga in our yoga studio, we can arrange for a private and personalised experience according to your needs and intention- open to all levels. Another option is a 5 senses restorative yoga private session with intuitive pressure point activation, sound, aromatherapy and yoga nidra.

Guided Meditation

A guided meditation is a mindfulness practice led by a teacher. This is highly beneficial for those who are new to meditation as it can provide wonderful tools to help one anchor into the present moment.

Meditation is a profound practice available to all. Silent meditation is the discipline of witnessing one’s thoughts without judgment and anchoring into the present moment. As simple as this may sound, It can be challenging for many new practitioners who spend the majority of their lives in the thinking mind, and who may not have developed the self awareness or the tools to strengthen this muscle of heightened consciousness.

Biokineticist Assessment

Private assessment with a certified Biokineticist that includes a scientific evaluation of your body’s movement and prescription of specific exercise suited to you and your lifestyle. Through a personalised body and lifestyle assessment, a clinical exercise specialist can improve your well-being and overall quality of life by helping you to understand your own unique body and empowering you to enhance your life by weaving movement that is good for you – and that you enjoy – into your life, seemlessly.

Personal Training

One-on-one or small group training with a certified Personal Trainer for overall strength and fitness.

Working privately with a personal trainer can give you the motivation and the tools to work towards your own personal health and fitness intentions. Developing a relationship with a personal trainer can help you to cultivate a healthy relationship with your own body by maintaining consistency and working in a way that you personally enjoy. If you choose to do a private assessment with a Biokineticist, a personal trainer can help to develop a fitness plan based on the clinical recommendations.
