MYBURGH RAVINE WATERFALL

1,6km out-and-back, 165m elevation gain – estimated time 1hr15min
Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This is a popular trail for hiking. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas. A complimentary guided hike to the waterfall and back is included as part of your stay.

 

SUIKERBOSSIE TRAIL

6km out-and-back, 100m elevation gain, estimated time 1hr15min
A moderate hike with spectacular views over the Bay Valley. Stop off at the Suikerbossie Restaurant at the half way mark for tea and scones or a lunch, and head back or get collected.

 

MYBURGH’s WATERFALL RAVINE – LLANDUNO RAVINE

7,4km loop, 686m elevation gain – estimated time 3hr45min
Considered a moderately challenging route. This is a popular trail for hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.

 

JUDA’S PEAK VIA MYBURGH’S WATERFALL RAVINE

5,8km out and back, 585m elevation gain – est time 3hr15min
Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This is a very popular area for hiking and trail running, so you’ll likely encounter other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.

 

FRUSTRATION BUTRESS – GROOT KOP – LLANDUNO RAVINE

13,4km loop, 1,059m elevation gain – estimated time 6hr15min
A challenging route.

 

ORANGE KLOOF – DISA GORGE

13,8km out-and-back, 839m elevation gain – estimated time – 5hr30min
Generally considered a challenging route, popular for hiking.

 

MYBURGH RAVINE – CONSTANTIA NEK

13,2km point to point, 905m elevation gain – estimated time 5hr30min
A moderately challenging route, popular trail for hiking and trail running.

 

HELL’S GATE

9,2km loop, 545m elevation gain – estimated time 3hr45min
Considered a challenging route.
