Game drives at Mount Camdeboo Private Game Reserve
Graaff-Reinet, South Africa
Embark on an early morning or late-afternoon game drive with an experienced guide and enjoy the beautiful landscape and terrain at Mount Camdeboo.
What to expect
You’ll soon notice that conservation and rewilding are among the highest priorities at Mount Camdeboo. The reintroduction of lion and elephant into the 14 000-hectare reserve means that the reserve is now home to the four of the Big Five. Spotting any of these creatures always makes for a spectacular safari experience.
What’s more, the contrasting Great Karoo landscapes in this region provide the perfect setting for encounters with some of the more elusive species: cheetah, mountain zebra and aardvark to name a few.
These game drives, within a reserve that is making a positive impact, are truly a special adventure. Read here for more information on the incredible conservation projects at Mount Camdeboo.
