Go on a private tour around the most beautiful region of the Western Cape.
Why it's Amazing
This full-day private tour is the best way to experience the Western Cape’s food and wine offerings. It showcases family-run wine and cider farms, some of the oldest wine estates in the region, little farm stalls, lush gardens and vineyards in the Elgin Valley. This region is situated within an hour’s drive from Cape Town and is known for its cooler climate, yielding aromatic whites and elegant reds.
Participants enjoy some of the best olives and olive oils produced in the world. After a leisurely lunch at The Pool Room, the tour proceeds to a family-run craft cider farm. There, the group is treated to some of the most innovative ciders in the country, paired with home-made desserts. A tractor ride through the farm orchards is also enjoyed to end off the day.
